L’antropologia di Antonia Bertocchi

Antonia BertocchiAntonia Bertocchi, Anthropologist, collaborator of “The International Institute for Humankind studies” (University of Florence) is gone into the study of the magic-religious thought and feeling which belongs to the complexes magic-religious codes of myte-rite systems of popular and traditional culture of indigenous people and of italian and european Folk-lore , in the context of Comparative History of Religions and Bio-Evolutionist Anthropology.

She has published more of hundred researches on specialized reviews, chiefly on the fiels of: Ethoanthropology, Ethno-History and Bio-Evolutonist Anthropology , between them they are many wide essaies and papers which are included into the proceedings of Congresses organized by several Anthropological Associations she belongs to , as: (A.I.S.E.A www.aisea.it .Congresses : 2003-2004-2006 ); A.A.I (http://aai.unipr.it Congresses 2003; 2005); C.C.S.P (http://www.ccsp.it/. Valcamonica Symposium 2007); I.U.A.E.S: 2003 University of Florence; She is invited to attend the 16th World Congress of IUAES, to be held in Kunming, the capital of Yunnan Province, Southwest of China, from July 15th to 23rd, 2008. http://www.icaes2008.org.

She also contributes to on-line rewew”Etnoantropologia”. (http://digidownload.libero.it/aisea, and to web-sites:- Anthropos”(www.anthrocom.it);-A.D:L(AtlanteDemologicoLombardo) http://www.atlantedl.org/) and De Varine´s Ecomuseum´s http://www.interactions-online.com. She has elaborated (on epistemological grounds of Bateson´s “Ecology of Mind”and Systemics base) a new Paradigm: the “Anthropology of Environmental Culture”,centred on the innovator concept of “Eco-source”,which allows an hitherto unknown alliance between Anthropology and Ecomuseology, named “Eco-Museums Antropology”. It must to be considered as an emergent transdisciplinary field of Theoretical and pracical investigations which can regenerate both of them.

In fact, the exclusive recourse to the D.E.A (Demo-Ethno-Anthropological ) subjects, results inadequate for the study of Ethno-sources ((the Ethno-findings of material culture , and the Oral findings of immaterial one), because ecological inprints lie stratified in their Symbolic Containers by a metaphorical process who is species-specific, and that we can to decode only by Bio-Evolutionary Anthropological and Systemics tools.

Therefore the Eco-source concept brings about an epistemological, methodological and content´s, renewal of usual approaches to the Museum Anthropology, folded up on the tutelage of the Material Culture objects and that is not competent to recognize bio-cultural complexity involved in immaterial culture and to work in it suitably.

This innovator approach should find applicaton on tutelage of little Ethnographical Museums, Ecomuseums and living Ehnological Museums (also experimented in China:Guiyang 2005: International Forum of Ecomuseums )protecting them from menaces of untenable tourism and mercening traps of globalization, which brings cultural omologation and dstruction. In order to reach this goal she is contributing to the 16th World Congress of IUAES, with three Papers: The first as Chairperson of the Panes/Sessione titled ” Ecomuseology between sustainable and untenable Tourism”

The second and the third regarding panels-sessions of Pofessors Chiarelli and Mathur as rapporteur. In Mathur Session she deals with urgent tutelage of cultural diversity and survival of o indigenous people.

Therefore the expert is inserted into the pilot project of the instituton of an Ecomuseum network borned by the transformation of a lot of little ethnographical Tuscan Musems into an Integrated Ecomuseum of Environment.
